PLINQO Rule Manager Required Properties #129

Would you guys create an attribute for a string that is Required and
present.  The Required attribute when executing the RulesManager only
recognizes null fields as being invalid.

I'd rather not create CustomRules for each of the strings in my objects
that already have a Required attribute.

Is there another way to solve this?

This has been fixed to check for empty strings and empty guids now.
