AllCommandWrappers.cst not designed to be added to a vs project

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create VS project
2. Add codesmith project file
3. Configure outputs using AllCommandWrappers.cst
4. r-click .csp file in VS > output options > add outputs to project
5. Generate

What is the expected output?
Generated files to be added to project

What do you see instead?
Files are not added to VS project.  Have to show excluded files and add 
them.

What version of the product are you using?
5.1
