It can not save Chinese characters in entity file.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Chinese characters in entity file such as Product.cs, after build, 
the Chinese characters will be all "???" characters.

2. But when I Add Chinese characters in manager file, it works well.

I may be the LinqToSql\CSharp\Entities.cst  template.

When re-generated, the Chinese characters in the generated file will become 
"???" 
characters.

The templates have been updated to output UTF-8.  Please try the latest nightly 
build
to see if it solves your issue.
