No Partial extension methods for EntityRefs #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate Entities 
2. If one entity relates to other, it has EntityRefs. Changes to such
EntityRefs do not have OnChanging and OnChanged partial methods

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Avail OnChanging and OnChanged partial methods for EntityRefs.
