What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.ethosep.co.uk.gridhosted.co.uk/environment/ on IE8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to have the mobile menu button (three white lines image) to be
display: none; The same goes for the 'ethos' logo in the lighter grey top div.

Instead, both of these display.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

IE8, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried a variety of things to fix this problem but am coming up blank -
help would be appriciated.

Back from the dead... There is a new version of the script. It has some CSS
parsing and processing improvements. If you're still using it, or would like to
try again, could you confirm that this issue is solved or not?
