IIS7 production not logging but Debug mode is logging #297

I intalled Elmah XML logging (https://nuget.org/packages/elmah.xml/1.2 ). It's 
working debug time, but ELMAH is not Logging on Production IIS7 , framework 2.0

my web config here. can you help me what is wrong?
