Improvement for FlexPaper (Zine): API for placing advertisements within and/or in front of documents

API for placing advertisements within or in front of documents with the ability 
to track views, visits ...

The user should be able to close ads, that are placed in front of a doc (like 
on YouTube).

Hi Eric

It would be great (if not even essential for us) if this would be not only 
available for the Zine but also for the standard viewer. 

The JW Player would a good example of how to integrate ad networks by means of 
plugins, see http://www.longtailvideo.com/addons/?q=advertising. 

In standard viewer ad placement could be (1) between two pages or (2) initially 
in front of a document like here ...
