Document Text Disappears when scrolling up over a page break

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll down in a document a few pages
2. Scroll up so that a page break is just at the top of the page
3. SOMETIMES The entire page below the page break disappears, scroll back down 
until the page break is off the page and the text appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see smooth transition from one page to another during scrolling 
across pages. Instead the text of the page sometimes disppears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flexpaper 1.4.5 w/ annotation plugin
Mac 10.7.4 & Windows XP
Firefox 10, 11, 14 & IE8
Flash 10.2 and 11.3
SwfTools 0.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.
We have determined that this issue is not related to:
-Browser
-Flash version
-Existence of highlights
-Fit Width Button on
-Fit Page button on
-Zoom level

Happens more frequently on page 3 of 5 page doc than any other page. I have a 
screenshot but it says the attachment storage quota is exceeded.
