Hi,
I'm also facing the same issue.
I had used the default parameters in flexpaper.
Since my document is huge, i used the following conversion method
/usr/local/bin/pdf2swf {path.pdf}{pdffile} -o {path.swf}{pdffile}.swf -f -T 9
-t -s storeallcharacters -s linknameurl -s poly2bitmap

So the quality of my swf file becomes very poor.

Please help me.
