Long-string titles break formatting on profile page

If you look at my profile page right now, the title column is about twice
the width as it normally is and should be, because I linked a file that has
a long string without spaces in it, and the formatting seems to flow to
accommodate it. Ideally, you would automatically break it into
proper-length chunks on consecutive lines, or if not, just cut it off at
the end of the first line and add "..." on the end.
