What provider are you using? Does it permit dialling international numbers with
prefixes 00 or 0? If so, you
might want to check out "Substitute ... for +" in the advanced account settings.
By the way, some providers whant people to dial international numbers without
any prefixes, like 390810000000. In that case, you can check the
above-mentioned checkbox and leave the prefix field empty.

I'm using Eutelia Voip www.euteliavoip.com. I tried to check out "Substitute
... for
+" using the values "00" and "" (null) but the problem is that this company,
and a
lot of other companies, accept "00" for international calls, but don't accept
the
international code for the same country where the call is started.
If I call, from Italy (which international code is 0039) a number starting with
0039
this is not acceptable.
I hope my explanation is clear.
Thank you very much.

Oh, I see. But I don't have any solution for that off the top of my head.

Suggestion, add a field for native country code to each sip account and drop the
international prefix for numbers that match when dialing through that account.

I have a similar problem in that my provider won't accept local calls dialed
with the
area code. So I need to change 111xxx1234 into xxx1234 for a list of values in
place
of xxx (e.g. 222, 333, 444).
