echo cancellation #194

are there any plans to add echo cancellation to eliminate the need to use a 
headset ?

It seems pjproject already supports this (through mediaConfig.ec_options; 
SIMPLE, SPEEX or optional 
Intel IPP).. not sure how well the different variants work though..

Last time I played with echo cancellation in pjproject, default values were the 
best. Maybe something has been 
changed, I'll try it again.

I have found that lowering the speaker volume to 30% gives an acceptable 
experience for my caller, it would be handy if we could pre-set a volume level 
for 'in-call' and then return it to 'previous' setting at call end, as in the 
way that the 'pause iTunes' feature is so very effective.
