Dockless / Menubar Support #244

Since this is an app than I'm running 24/7, is getting the program a spot
in my menu-bar & off my dock a possibility? I've got BluePhoneElite2 for my
cell doing just that and I love it.

I would have to agree.  I already posted, and i think this belongs in issue 73? 
 but
anyways, eofster you should definitely check out that program bluephoneelite2 
just to
get some ideas for the menu bar and that whole deal... definitely would be cool 
if
telephone had an option like that.
