It is possible to answer the call by Command-Return, but you need the call 
window to be active. I’m considering 
adding global shortcuts for the main call functions (answer, hang up, etc).

That would be great because getting the call in time usually a matter of 
seconds. By the time you get the 
headset on, and get your bearings with the mouse, it's often too late.
