Cannot Send DTMF using SFR Neuf Talk SIP Provider #270

Hi,

I am using Telephone and I love it.
Therefore I cannot use it to do my conf calls as the system requires
choices and pin code to be send by DTMF.
And when I type in the digits in and the # key in the call windows, nothing
happen, it does not go through.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a phone call : 01 .....
2. Type 2 2 2 2 #
3. Choice not taken in account, the conference system is still asking for
Pin code.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be moved to the conf call.

Do you know what could be the issue ?
Nope - May be the DTMF signal are not sent ?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac OS snow leopard - Telephone 0.14.3
Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks a lot
Rgds

There are three ways to send DTMF. Telephone supports two of them: RFC 2833 and
SIP INFO. But some
providers support only the third way, when DTMF signals are transmitted as
actual sound signals. Do you know
what DTMF method is supported by your provider?

By the way, are you sure you’re entering digits into the call window, not the
account window? Entered digits
should appear in the main info string of the call window.

I am experiencing this same issue on the newest version 0.15.2. This was
working previously.

I should add that the digits are appearing in the call window when entered, but
obviously not being registered by the other caller (in this case google voice).
