I have the same or a very similar issue. 

Sometimes telephone rings, I answer, the communication starts and works, but 
telephone keeps ringing and after a while drops the call (likely as if it 
hadn't been answered). I think it happens when Telephone has been running for a 
long while and after several os sleep/resume.
My solution is to ask the caller to call back, while I quit and reopen 
Telephone. After reopening the problem is not there anymore.
The sip provider is EuteliaVoip, as reported in the google group post.

I've enabled debug, I'll provide the log ~/Library/Logs/Telephone.log as soon 
as it happens again.

Are there any news on this? I'm facing the same problems. I think it is related 
to sleep/resume while changing networks.
