Minimize caller feedback echo by disabling left speaker (where the mic is located) #308

Callers frequently complain about hearing themselves when using the default
speakers and mic on a
Macbook/MBP. Skype solved this problem by disabling the audio output on the
left side and
specifically have the Caller's audio outputted on the Right speaker only.
Since the Microphone is
located on the left side of the macbook, with the Left-side speaker eliminated,
this does a great
deal to help remove the delayed audio feedback, and is simple to implement. It
would be great if
Telephone followed Skype's easy fix in solving this feedback problem.

However, (apart from the headphone entry crashing bug) when the headphones are
plugged back
in, the audio should be audible on both left and right headphones. The
right-side only audio output
should only be implemented when the call is in speakerphone mode and not when
the call made
over headphones.
