1. Entered information for the first time
2. Program begins to connect
3. Program freezes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX 10.6.3

Is there anything suspicious in the Console? Open Console 
(/Applications/Utilities/Console) and go to Console 
Messages. Enter "telephone" in the search field.
