App crashes when plugging in headphones during phone call #325

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make phone call
2. Person on the other end pick up the phone
3. Plug in headphones
4. App crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Keep connection and application alive

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.15.0 (25) on OS X 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
on a MacBookPro7,1 (13" 2.4Ghz bought summer 2010)

Did you use Telephone 0.14.3 before using 0.15.0? Do you also use a headset 
(USB or bluetooth)?
