A field for each provider for a default country code. #326

Describe the feature you'd like to have:

My provider uses the E.164 format: [CountryCode][Number] for all calls, 
international and domestic. 
I use Telephone's Substitute feature to substitute "" (null) for '+' which 
works for international 
numbers, which are listed in my phone book as +[CountryCode][Number]. But the 
domestic 
numbers in my phone book do not have a country code. It would be nice if 
telephone had a field for 
a default country code which would get prepended to any number that does NOT 
begin with '+'.
