Crash when bluetooth handset is offline #330

1. Bluetooth handset Jabra BT2050 + Mac OS X 10.6.1
2.  When try calling - Crash if Handset is offline... but is set on telephone 
settings

What version of Telephone are you using, 0.14.3 or 0.15?

The application also hangs, with infinite "Bluetooth audio failed" alerts even 
if I change the preferences back to built-in audio devices.

I can confirm this and it prevents all outgoing calls for functioning.

Using 0.15.2 (29) on OSX 10.7.4

Have tried changing preferences to use built-in input & output.
Have removed the bluetooth device from favorites.

Only when I remove the bluetooth device entirely does Telephone.app start 
working again.
