mute mode distorts music on hold

go onto a site where you have music on hold.  press the m key.  Note the 
distortion -- sounds like music is slowing down.  Voice seems not to be 
effected -- at least not on g711.What steps will reproduce the problem?

Can you attach the log (or send it to eofster@gmail.com)? You need to increase 
the log level to 4 and quit Telephone before sending the log file.

I'm experiencing this also, and would love to help debug.  How do I set the log 
level? I don't see an obvious way to do that.

1. Quit Telephone, open Terminal, and run:
defaults write com.tlphn.Telephone LogLevel -integer 4

2. Launch Telephone, reproduce the problem, quit Telephone.

3. The log file is ~/Library/Logs/Telephone.log

I'm getting this too.  Made a log, I see personal info in it, so I'll mail it
