App not regisering with Growl

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the application
2. Open Growl Preferences
3. Note that Telephone is not in the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
According to the main page there should be Growl notification support. However, 
on my system the app is not registered with Growl.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.14.3 on OS X 10.5.8

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't know what else to do to make this register with Growl.

Have you started Telephone at least once before checking Growl Preferences? 
What version of Growl are you using?

I sure have. Started and re-started and upgraded to 0.15. Still doesn't appear 
in Growl 1.2.

Anything suspicious in Console.app under All Messages? Try to search for 
"growl".

No errors related to telephone, although it reports it's unable to register 
Dropbox with growl. I'm going to try uninstalling Growl and reinstalling to it 
picks up all the apps again...I'll report back if that fixes anything.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Growl 1.2, then stopped telephone and restarted. 
It's now in the list of apps.
