Telephone 0.15 not hanging up. #338

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a Call
2. Hangup by pressing the X or selecting "End Call" from the menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The call should be terminated. However, even though the call window closes (I
have it set to auto-close) the call continues in the background. I have to
close the application to end the call from my side.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Telephone 0.15.0 (25) on OS X 10.5.8

Is it reproducible with Telephone 0.14.3?

I'll reinstall 0.14.3 and see what happens.

I reinstalled 0.14.3, made a call and it hung up right away. Went back to
0.15.0 and it didn't hang up. Is there something else you want me to try in my
troubleshooting?

Please send me (eofster@gmail.com) the log file with the problem in 0.15.0.

To generate the log file:
1. Quit Telephone, open Terminal and run
defaults write com.tlphn.Telephone LogLevel -integer 4
2. Launch Telephone, reproduce the problem, quit Telephone.
3. The log file is ~/Library/Logs/Telephone.log.

If you want to return the log level back to normal, run this command in
Terminal when Telephone in not running:
defaults delete com.tlphn.Telephone LogLevel

Here's the log from my last operation. I replaced my sip username with <my
username>, my real name with <My Name> and masked some of the phone number's
digits. Please let me know if this helps or you need more information.

Okay, now I see it. It's the same as issue 324. Will be fixed in 0.15.1.
