Telephone launched does not show any window #341

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download 
2. Launch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No window, the close window menu grayed, the icone in the dock with the blue 
dot below

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.15

Please provide any additional information below.
The windows used to appear at first attempts but I couldn't connect with my 
voipbuster account (I can use it with other softwares on iPhone and windows 
platform)

Ok, I'm a numb, the account wasn't activated... (maybe should you add just a 
popup ?)
But I still can't connect to voipbuster. Someone could help ?

So now I manage to connect but I get a timeout after a long calling.... status 
for all the number I tried...
Could someone please give me a full voipbuster configuration exemple ?

If you're getting the timeout, you can try the previous version of Telephone. 
This is something that is new to 0.15 and will be fixed in 0.15.1.

Here's Telephone 0.14.3 (the previous release):

The initial post makes a point though, on first launch (or if no account exist 
it should bring up the accounts pane.
