How can I remove the application from my adressbook? #342

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete application
2. Open adressbook
3. Click on a number and in the dialog there is still an entry "call with 
telephone"

Go to ~/Library/Address Book Plug-Ins and delete 
TelephoneAddressBookPhonePlugIn.bundle and 
TelephoneAddressBookSIPAddressPlugIn.bundle.

What was wrong with Telephone? Do you prefer another softphone or you don't 
need one?
