Incoming voice during a call is not routed through the headphones on 10.5.x #345

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log-in into your account. 
2. Make a call
3. Observe the incoming voice.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the headphone is connected, the voice should be routed through the 
headphone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.14.3 (23), Mac Osx 10.5.6 Leopard.

Please provide any additional information below.

Is it the same with Telephone 0.15?

I just trying on my 10.5.9/Intel machine using 0.15.2.  I had the headphones 
plugged in, placed a call, and heard the other side.
