What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register Telephone.app at Arcor SIP Services (e.g. 06039.sip.arcor.de)
2. Initiate a outbound call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of establishing a call, you get error "reason = 408 (Request Timeout)"
. Inbound calls work fine. And Outbound calls via other softphones as well.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
