voipcheap isnt working with .15 #359

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgraded from last version to .15
2. registering with sip.voipcheap.com, telephone says "available"
3. every number does "timeout"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.15

Please provide any additional information below.
.15 does work with sipgate, but not voipcheap, tried quite bunch of stuff, with 
firewall, without. In fact, it did work a couple of times. but cannot make it 
work properly.
mainly it does not work

Should be fixed in 0.15.1. For now the only option is to downgrade to 0.14.3.
