Can't make a call with v0.15.0. v0.14.3 is OK #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. registraion is successfully
2. can't make a call
3. 0.14.3 can make a call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
telephone v0.15.0 and OSX10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm having the same issue.
Though I've managed to make them work. Mostly it works on the third attempts 
(after two timeouts).

Thank you for your reply.
I tested your procedure and I can make a call third attempts.

1. Can't make a call (time out)
2. Can't make a call (time out)
3. Can make a call!

It's seem same problem with you.
