Support for more than 8 accounts #369

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. registering 9th account
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Application failure after registering 9th account. After, app is not able to 
reopen again without editing plists on mac os x ( change number of registered 
accounts )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.15 is the version of telephone,  mac os x latest ( 10.6.4 )

Please provide any additional information below.

Hope that this would be fixed :). It was very exhausting till I found out what 
was the problem :). And I would like to register more than 8 accounts :) thanks

Added support for 32 accounts. When maximum account number is reached, it's not 
possible to add more.
