Sound on one way distorted and no sound on the other way. #375

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Telephone is connected to my FritzBox.
2. I called an internal SIP device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sound from telephone to the sip-device is distorted. I can't hear a thing 
(sip-device -> telephone).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.15.0 (25)

As far as I remember, the problem is in iLBC codec. Something's happening 
between Telephone and FritzBox when they choose that codec. And there is no way 
to set codec priority in Telephone so far. So, the only solution would be to 
disable that codec in FritxBox, if possible.
