crash when plugging in headphones #408

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. receive call (no headphones attaches, sound output via speaker)
2. insert headphones (to avoid echo ;-))
3. program crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   expected that i can change the audio-source "on the fly" while calling,
   however plugging in the headphones crashed the program

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
   0.15.2 (29) on snowleopard (10.6.5 and 10.6.6)

Please provide any additional information below.
   i am not sure if this is a macos/cocoa/etc. problem or not.

   however, thanks for this wonderful, small, extremely useful tool !

Please try the version from Mac App Store, it should be fixed there.
