can't install vosao

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.develpoer e-mail still pending
2. support not answer
3. manually can't handle google app luncher as don't find app.yaml file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

i just can't use it

Looks like you are using the python sdk and not the Java one. Is your command 
appcfg.py (instead of appcfg.sh)?

yes i think so , but i can't find the .sh one , where i can download it . 
besides iam not familiar with those apps and  i nvited vasao support as 
developer but it is been month now and still got pending so who can invite to 
create this app for me ?

Hi, I think, that you need to install app engine for java instead of python. 
Please give us more detailed information about what you want to do.

okay , here is the situation , i would like to install vasoa by adding their 
email as developer but i always get pending msg , i tried to use it manual but 
i don't know how , can you help me out to install it by anyway what matters 
that it works for me .:)
