Delete default language (English) #566

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open configuration tab
2.Open Languages
3. add some language, for example ru - russian
4. Delete en - English language

I except that I'll be able to create pages with russian language.
Except - content manager fails with errors.

I noticed the same default with french. 

It seems that CMS keeps always for any article an english default version with 
"Place article overview" default overview etc...

Fixed in javascript views. The selected default content language in cms 
configuratino is always used to edit content and page parameters
