What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create about 30 pages
2. Setup a menu to show
3. Add some more pages (e.g. 10).
4. Refresh the page. Superfish renderes only the "Home Page" menu item
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a menu. After adding some pages, I can see only one item. After
deleteing the extra pages, menu is shown again.
