Create purple causes #1

Use a script to composite www/index.html based on a randomly chosen line from a list of causes.

Clicking the causes button (below the FAQ) takes reader to the cause of the moment. Cause page explains the cause in 2-3 sentences. Further click takes reader to redirect to donation page. Donation page might initially be the donation page of the charity.

Add a FAQ page for causes that explains the plan. Explain the tracking service that I'd really like. Explain how to add charities.

JustGiving.com may be a reasonable option for payment partner.
