Preserve damage taken when reloading a save #16

The player can exit the game after taking damage and reload their save to attempt the encounter again without consequence. The flag for unlocking Bum-bo the Lost (beat Chapters 1-3 without taking damage) is also not preserved when reloading a save even if damage was taken.

Damage taken in the current room is now preserved when reloading a save. When loading the save, health will be lost accordingly (but not below 1/2 heart). Bum-bo the Lost will also not unlock during the current run if health was lost.
