LEWGI suggesions:

Make basic_pipe's default constructor construct it closed.
Remove basic_pipe's copy constructor.
Remove basic_pipe::native_handle_type.

The first 2 are overcome by events since basic_pipe is gone and now a concrete type.

The commit removes the native_handle types and interfaces from pipes for the time being. If we can make a compelling argument for it we can bring it back later
