Migrate to mpark/wg21 #48

The diff is quite sizable, mainly for the reason that in markdown, ~ and = (inline code markup in orgmode) don't do what we want to. There are no changes in the wording, except I rewrote the concept definitions at the top of <process> to be clearer.

A big reason for the migration is to make development and wording easier. Also, as a vim user, I have no religious problems in using orgmode whatsoever, why would you even think that.

As mentioned, I might not pull this -- at least not yet as we have some significant reorganization to do which of course I prefer to do in markdown. Also, is there anything special about his markdown? Is there a link to his tooling somewhere?
