Error in DiAna_segment #1

Hi,

I'm trying to use DiAna, but as soon as I open the DiAna_segment, I have the following error. Can you help me to figure out how to solve it?

Hello Sara,

Can you verify that your two images have the same sizes (Width, Height, Number of slices, Bitdepth and finally the same calibration)? If those are ok, I can’t say what happened, you should send me your images.

It looks like they have the same sizes. I'm more than happy to share my images if you don't mind. Let me know how to contact you by email since these images are quite big in size.

Send your images to @. @.> with wetranfer or another file sending platform. I hope I can help you.
