Licensing of theme

Hi,

I have been writing a PKGBUILD for this theme and as part of this I need licensing information about this package. I have searched this repo for "COPYING", "COPYRIGHT" and "LICENSE" files, with no results, hence why I had to start this issue. I'm guessing this theme would be licensed under the BSD License, like Moksha itself is, but BSD Licenses differ in their copyright line, which is why PKGBUILDs for packages licensed under them must provide their own license (if you would like to confirm this for yourself, see here at the ArchWiki).

Radiance theme has a Creative Commons license with "Share Alike", "Non Commerciale" and "Non derivates work" (even if I've authorized all the derivates made by my Radiance code -the two I know: MokshaRadiance and RadianceE19-Sparky-).

So I suppose the license of that theme could be something (you choose! :D ) that respect following rules:

• Take track of the authors of the theme (mainly Jeff and me, I suppose)
• Non Commercial use. I don't want to make money with my code, so you don't make money with my code :P
• Share with the same license: Keep going the chain of freedom.

Propbably you know the best license that fix these requirements (BSD, MIT, GNU, etc etc)
