大佬，请问 setPlayingUrlMd5() 是干嘛的？ #15

客户端和local server端交互时用到的，标识当前正在播放器中播放的时候。 为什么需要这个字段？ 因为local server 端在阻塞式判断的时候需要是否是当前播放的视频来判断缓存策略。
