More auto-capitalization #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Problem summary: MultiTap won't auto-capitalize the first letter of every 
sentence; therefore, the other latin keyboard still has to be enabled to 
use Shift key. If you can make the auto-capitalization work in MultiTap, 
I'll probably deactivate the regular keyboard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system 
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPod Touch 1gen, fw.2.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
In r182, the comment is: iKeyEx won't auto-capitalize ß, final sigma, etc.
Does this fix affect MultiTap keyboard? If not, please fix it since it's 
started.

r182's comment about the layout. If a ß or ς is set as a "texts" of 
layout.plist it
will appear as SS and Σ, which pretty much defeats the purpose of using these 
special
characters at all.

It has nothing to do with MultiTap.
