Hello,

I see there is a clear demo on installing ColabDock locally. Can you provide a demo on how to run ColabDock and set up restraints (pkl file?) locally? Thank you so much!

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I have added an example to clarify the setting of restraints in ReadMe.md and hope this can give some help. If you still have questions in your case, please leave further comments.
