bio data changes to dupes #14

I went through the duplicates and made some changes to birthdates, handedness and country for some.

The three Nigerians towards the top are listed with 1991 birthdates on the ITF website. The ATP website lists them with the same date 02-11-1991. Chung Hsing,Liu was listed from Chile, but he's from Chinese Taipei. Aroon,Ramnath was listed as India, but ITF says AUS. It also appears Gregg Prudhomme has 2 'g' in his name. There are 2 Pedro Campos in the ITF files, but the birthdate I added is the correct one, based on match data.

I believe I have figured some of this out. The players who are the duplicates are NOT in the match data. I also have reason to believe some of the match data may be incorrect.

note mostly to self, to be reflected in next commit: the "dupe" players who were removed (e.g. 109450 Michael Birzon) are now back in the player table, numbered beginning 209454. next I'll start fixing the results and rankings for these IDs.

it is with great joy and relief that I can close this issue. all match and rankings records for these 50+ IDs are now assigned to the proper player. If anyone is paying really, really close attention: In some cases I've changed the ID of the player who was already in the database. (e.g. 109453 was Amir Reza, and Greg Prudhomme was missing. Now 109453 is Prudhomme, and Reza has a new ID in the 209xxx's).

also, some of the new/recovered rankings rows have null values for ranking points. honestly, it was just easier that way, and I can't see my way to invest more time in rankings rows for players outside the top 1000 just to show whether they have 1, 2, or 3 points.
