Wrong country abbreviations #107

Some players in the list have incorrect country abbreviations. "LVA" shall be "LAT" - this is universally recognized for Latvia. "DEU" shall be "GER" for Germany.

Some Greek players have different country abbreviation "GRC", while the majority correctly assigned "GRE"

"TZA" is incorrect for Tanzania. Commonly accepted is "TAN".

"PRI" is incorrect for Puerto Rico. Commonly accepted is "PUR".
