Split seed from entry when combined in results #26

I noticed cases in some of the results files where seed was blank and the entry info contained both the seed and the entry info. When this was the case, I split the entry info and moved the seed into the seed column.

I'm not sure why the lines with Fiorella Duran Monta�O are showing up as diffs. I can resubmit the with the name changed to "Fiorella Duran Montaño" if you want, but I didn't know if I should change this in this pull request.

thanks! 2019 and 2020 now fixed. 2021 will be fixed when I next load current results, probably monday or tuesday. I'll close then.
