New release with go modules #54

This tool is installable via go modules and there is no release once the repo was switched to go modules. Adding this will make sure the tool is installable via brew when go1.17 is out.

TL:DR; please make a new release

Hey @roopakv, I've pushed a new tag v0.9.1, I'm assuming you don't need any release artifacts but please reopen if you do.
