No animation of voted poll although setting "Autoanimate For Voted Polls" is set to "yes"

Observed with v5.0.4.0/v5.4.0 and Joomla 4.3.3

Seemingly, only occurs with Joomla 4. The installation where the issue occurs uses IPv6. Also occurs after new installation.

Did not reoccur with the latest version of the code.
